Segment bands not decoding is due to Windows audio glitches.
Problem started with Vista and Windows7. These glitches had no effect
when listening to the sound but upset the critical requirements of 
digital. Easypal would have to resync from start. The problem
has been reduced in windows updates but still exists on some systems,
mainly if the CPU is slow and the motherboard and sound drivers
are old. There is no problem with most later systems.

The present Easypals are very stable but not so if the installation has
caused corruption in the registry.

INSTALLATION RECOMENDATIONS:

1. Install the latest Easypal.

2. Run Easypal then  Click "YES : Transfer All Settings" if this option 
   appears.
   Be careful to run the installed version and the correct icon if other
   instances exist.

3. If the program hangs, delete "app.cfg" in the EasyPal folder and in 
    the APPDATA folder(if exist) and try again.

4. Run "unins000.exe" in the Easypal folder you have just created.

5. Install again into the installer default folder.
    It should be " \program files\easypal". Change if not.
   BE CAREFUL, ICON settings have to be reset.

6. EasyPal should now run with full user permissions set.
